Application Fee

The application process begins once receipt of the payment of your nonrefundable Application Fee of ₦5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only, has been confirmed. Payment can be made directly into Ekklesia’s Bank Account (details below) or online. Kindly attach your proof of payment — Bank deposit slip or receipt printed online to your Application Form.

Laity Path: Tuition Fees

The School Year is divided into 3 trimesters.

For students on the laity path, the tuition fee per trimester is ₦25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira) only. This brings the total fee for the School Year to ₦75,000.00 (Seventy Five Thousand Naira) only.

Clergy Path: Tuition Fees

For students proceeding to the clergy path in the second and third trimesters, the tuition fee per trimester is ₦60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Naira) only. In addition, the cost of a compulsory Mission Trip is ₦40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Naira) only. This brings the total fee for the School Year (inclusive of the first trimester) to ₦220,000.00 (Two Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira) only.

Security Deposit (For Clergy Students Only)

Upon resumption clergy students are expected to pay a refundable fee of ₦20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only as a security deposit. This fee will indemnify the School for any damages the student may cause to its property. At the end of the first trimester if the student caused no damage to the School property, the fee will be automatically moved to the second trimester as the student's Security Deposit for the trimester. At the end of the second trimester if the student caused no damage to the School property, the fee will be automatically moved to the third trimester as the student's Security Deposit for the trimester. At the end of the School Year, the Security Deposit, or whatever is left of it will be returned to the student.

Financial Aid Request Form

Financial aid is only open to applicants on the clergy path. Applicants who think they may have challenges meeting up with the financial obligations may fill this form to make a case for financial aid. Financial Aid requests may be turned down, may result in varying discounts on the tuition and book fees or may result in a complete tuition and book scholarship. Applicants are advised not to make spurious applications for financial aid.
